Job Description
- 7-10 years experience and practical application of Agile Methodologies and software development life cycle in .Net environment.
- Hands on experience in .Net Full Stack development
- Excellent knowledge on C#.Net, .Net Core, Web APIs, MVC .Net, jQuery, Windows Services, SQL Server
- Hands on development experience and team management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and software development best practices, including coding standards, testing methodologies, and version control
- Strong problem-solving, risk analysis and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, communicate and understand the requirement or problem statement from clients.
- Strong understanding on application security and vulnerability testing policy
Roles and Responsibility
- Responsible for leading and managing the engineering team.
- Develop, assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise.
- Strong understanding of various technologies, systems, and software used.
- Responsible for technical documentation like SDD, LLD, release notes, etc
- Allocate resources and manage project timelines and dependencies.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
- Set clear goals, objectives, and expectations for team members.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, helping them troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks that can improve efficiency, performance, and security.
