The Playbook is designed to be your roadmap and provides a step-by-step methodology to start/ accelerate IDP journey for your organization.
We had released the industry 1st IDP Playbook in 2019. The playbook is a step-by-step guide for enterprises evaluating or already in the IDP journey to sharpen the results from their automation efforts. This was a hard effort to put together a method to the madness for enterprises to realize the benefits of and from the Intelligent Document Processing industry and surely was a huge success. The playbook featured case studies from our enterprise clients, CRISIL and Mercer.
Now in 2021, as the IDP industry grew and stabilized, we’ve again partnered with Everest Group® to release an updated IDP Playbook 2021 that empowers digital transformation leaders speed the adoption, realize benefits, and avoid pitfalls in IDP. The playbook enables enterprises to learn how best-fit enterprise-grade solutions can be selected based on their solution capability, an ecosystem of partners for collaborative technologies, an ecosystem of service partners, product training and support, and commercial models. It also contains a Capability Maturity Model (CMM) Framework to accelerate digital transformation at scale.
Included in the playbook is a case study by our client, University of Southern California (USC) sharing their story of implementing IDP solutions and the business benefits realized.
